Lodging:

Guestrooms have been reserved at Hyatt for AMEN conference attendees.  The AMEN discount rate is $209/room/night (Includes a discounted resort fee of $10/room/night).

*Discount rates are available until October 9 – PENDING AVAILABILITY.  Although AMEN attempts to reserve enough rooms, it is possible rooms will sell out prior to the cutoff date so we encourage you to book your room as soon as possible.

*Room rates do not include tax; the rate is actually $199 + $10 resort fee. Complimentary parking and internet are included.

Airport:

The nearest airport is Hilton Head Island (HHH) which is approximately 8 miles from Sonesta Resort. Alternatively, Savannah airport (SAV) is approximately 50 miles minutes from Hilton Head Island.

Therefore, we allow cancellations until October 6, 2025. However, no refunds will be issued if registration is cancelled after October 6. You will be allowed to send someone else in your place.
