  1. Regular Membership—DDS, DMD, DO, DPM, MD, OD (or internationally recognized equivalent)
  2. Affiliate Membership—RN, LPN, NP, OT, PA, Pharmacist, PT, RD, Psychologist, Dental Hygienist, Respiratory
    Therapist
  3. Pastor Membership
  4. Must be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in good standing
  5. Must support the mission, vision, and objectives of AMEN
